Chapter 105 Permits are typically required when work is done in or near Waters of the Commonwealth. Under the Chapter 105 program, the district acknowledges the following general permits:

GP-2 Small Docks and Boat Launching Ramps, 3150-PM-BWEW0502
GP-3 Bank Rehabilitation, Bank Protection, and Gravel Bar Removal, 3150-PM-BWEW0503
GP-4 Intake and Outfall Structures, 3105-PM-BWEW0504

Please submit an E&S plan for each General Permit you submit.
STATEMENT TO BE INCLUDED IN FEE SCHEDULE UNDER 104 ‘WAIVER OF FEES’
E&S fees will be waived for water quality improvement and/or fish habitat enhancement projects. This will include, but not be limited to: Stream bank rehabilitation, mine drainage remediation, any fish enhancement structure, Agricultural best management practices, conservation projects including cattle crossings, spring developments, diversions, animal waste storage’s etc. These projects must adhere to the “Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan Information for Water Quality Improvement Projects and Fish Enhancement Structures” of the Susquehanna County Conservation District or other E&S guidelines as approved by the District.
