Website Bidding Announcement
The Susquehanna County Conservation District is accepting bids for the construction of agricultural BMP projects as part of the district’s fulfillment of Growing Greener Grant funded contracts. The full bid package and supporting documents can be downloaded by clicking on the titled links below.

Project design, Description of Work, & Technical Specifications:
  •             Well_Design
  •             Water System
Bid_Document_Appendix_-_Dep_Contract:  Growing Greener funding requires contractors to meet provisional standards as stated in this appendix. This applies to all sub-contractors working on this project as stated in the overall contract between the district and PA DEP.   

Prevailing Wage Rate Information: Prevailing wage rates are set by the Department of Labor & Industry   Bidding contractors must use wages based on the appropriate labor categories (i.e. Laborers, Operators, Truck Drivers, etc.).

Important Site Meeting:
Contractors interested in bidding on the project must visit the project site for a required pre-bid review of the project location conditions, construction requirements, and site access. This meeting will provide potential bidders to ask questions of the landowners, designing engineers, and contract sponsors.
